Delivery
* Free Standard delivery for all retail purchases over £100 to UK mainland addresses *
£4.50 - Standard delivery to UK mainland for orders under £100, typical delivery time is 1-5 working days for packing, dispatch and delivery.
£8.50 - Next day delivery to UK mainland, if you place your order before 2pm (Monday – Friday), we’ll dispatch it right away and you’ll receive it the following working day. Please make sure someone is in to sign for the delivery, as next day deliveries require signature for delivery. For a small number of remote postcodes delivery will take 2 days.
£12.50 - Delivery for all European orders, dispatched via “Royal Mail international signed for.” This service will reach most of Europe within 5 working days.
For delivery outside the European Union, we need to quote you for a delivery price before dispatch. Please contact us at enquiries@artisanlife.co.uk with your order details and delivery address and we will get back to you with an estimate as soon as possible.
We send everything via recorded courier service and will require a signature on delivery. We are unable to accept an order where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel or similar.
Wherever possible all goods displayed in the website are in stock and available for immediate delivery, but if for any reason this isn’t the case we will let you know straight away so that you can amend or cancel your order.
Returns
If your purchase does not come up to your expectations or does just not fit, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an immediate refund or exchange. In the unusual event an item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please inform us by email at enquiries@artisanlife.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the faulty goods we will either issue you with a replacement if available or with a full refund.
For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable, unless faulty.
For unwanted gifts please notify us of your decision to return your purchases within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You will be issued with a “Returns Authorisation Number” and you can then return the unwanted item. The item must be returned within 28 days of your invoice date. Please be aware that SALE items under “special offers” are FINAL SALE. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should they go missing. The customer must cover costs of return postage and any resulting refund will be less the initial cost of postage and packing, unless the item is faulty.

Your payment details
To ensure the safety of personal data provided, Artisan Life has enforced a number of security measures. We strive to keep all personal data 100% secure and as such all transactions completed on this site are completed using secure servers. Any sensitive details provided by you, such as credit card information are transmitted using a Secure Socket Layer (SLL) which allows for data encryption. Artisan Life does not store any credit card details, and once an order has been processed these details are deleted.

How do I pay for items / what payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, but you can also use Paypal for a quick and easy option.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you on-line?
No, you can select the credit card option at the checkout.
How can I be sure my payment is secure?
Artisan Life uses PayPal for all card payments, so you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can access your card information.
How long does delivery take?
UK mainland delivery is typically within 1-5 working days of the date you place your order. In practice, we find that many orders arrive within 1-3 days. Delivery to Europe is normally within 5 working days.
How will my order be delivered?
We send our jewellery in padded envelopes or in small parcels via courier service. All deliveries need to be signed for so if you’re planning on being out have it sent somewhere else. If you are out when your order is to be delivered, a card will be usually left with further instructions on how to collect your package or have it re-delivered.
Can I send orders to more than one delivery address?
Yes, but you must place each order separately.
Do my purchases come gift wrapped?
All of our jewellery, fashion accessories and smaller gift and decorative items come in an Artisan Life surgical cotton gift bag, along with a product information card, where relevant. Larger items such as furniture pieces and lighting products are delivered in padded carton boxes.
Do I get any guarantee with my products?
All our products come with a 6 month guarantee; if it breaks we can repair or replace it. Our wrist watches are supplied with a 1 year product guarantee (enclosed with your order). Nothing lasts forever though and if it simply wears out it’s probably time to treat yourself to something new.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet there’s no problem, if it’s now in the hands of our local postman you can return it to us for a full refund.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
The most common reason for not receiving a confirmation email is that it has ended up in your spam or bulk folders. Check these first - if you still haven't received anything, get in touch and we’ll see what’s gone wrong.
I can’t remember my login user name / password… what should I do?
At the login page you will have the option to request a “One Use” password which will be sent to your chosen email address. Once used to login-in you will then be asked to re-enter this new password and then create a new one which you can choose and remember.
